01 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pksk4" or "Platform" refers to the website pksk4.com together with all services, applications, and products offered under the pksk4 brand.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at pksk4.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user for the purpose of accessing pksk4 services.
• "Deposit" refers to funds added by a user into their pksk4 account through an approved payment method.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the process of transferring funds from a pksk4 account balance to the user's payment account.
• "Bonus" refers to additional credit value granted by pksk4 to users subject to specified terms and conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before it can be converted to cash.

02 Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at pksk4. Registering more than one account by the same individual, whether using different or identical information, is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being suspended or closed.

During the registration process, users are required to provide true, accurate and complete information including full name, mobile phone number, email address, and identity card number (MyKad). pksk4 reserves the right to request document verification at any time.

By registering, users confirm that all information provided is true and current. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of accumulated balances.

03 User Eligibility

pksk4 services are restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or older at the date of registration.
• Not prohibited from participating in gambling activities for any legal or personal reason.
• Acting in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any third party.
• Not an agent or employee of pksk4 or any affiliated company.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

pksk4 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit and withdrawal is RM50. pksk4 does not charge any processing fees on standard transactions, however third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name. pksk4 does not allow the use of third-party accounts for financial transactions in order to prevent fraud and money laundering.

pksk4 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal that requires further review relating to identity verification or suspicious activity, with notice given to the user concerned.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

pksk4 offers various promotions to registered members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in their respective offers.

Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 150% up to a maximum of RM1,000 is available to new members. The following are examples of how the calculation applies:

The wagering requirement means the bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Deposited cash is not subject to the wagering requirement.

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or withdrawn directly without meeting the wagering requirements.

Users are responsible for understanding the rules and how to play each game before placing bets. pksk4 is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's failure to understand the game rules.

10 Limitation of Liability

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between the user and pksk4 will be referred to the arbitration body designated by the licensing authority. Users agree to accept the arbitration decision as final.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this document will continue to remain in full force and effect.
